1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Get British IPTV (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Get British IPTV is an independent streaming service that provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content via internet streaming. Our service is delivered through:

  • M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials
  • Compatible third-party IPTV player applications
  • Various devices including Smart TVs, streaming sticks, mobile devices, and computers

Important: We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. We provide a technical service that allows users to access streaming content. All trademarks, channel names, and logos are property of their respective owners.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate contact information (email, phone)
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless you've subscribed to a reseller plan)
  • Not share your login credentials with others
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 Plans & Pricing

We offer multiple subscription plans (1, 3, 12, and 24 months) at different price points. All prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated at our discretion. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the original price until expiration.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Stripe, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4.3 No Auto-Renewal

Our subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a notification before your subscription expires, and you can choose whether to renew.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial without requiring payment information. The trial is limited to one per household/IP address. Abuse of the trial system (e.g., multiple sign-ups) will result in service termination.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase via WhatsApp or email
  • Provide your order details and reason (optional)
  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window. Reseller plans and bulk purchases are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your access credentials with others (unless on a reseller plan)
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service without authorization
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
  • Source channel issues (typically resolved within hours)
  • Internet service disruptions on your end or ours
  • Force majeure events

10. Content & Copyright

Get British IPTV does not host, store, or upload any video content. We provide a technical aggregation service. Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for the content broadcasted by third-party channel sources.

If you are a copyright owner and believe any channel infringes your rights, please contact us immediately and we will remove the channel from our service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get British IPTV shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Content broadcasted by third-party sources

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time per Section 7.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through arbitration if needed.
